Firs Lodge Terms and Conditions

Please check through the following Terms and Conditions prior to paying for your booking. Payment will be deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

      • Bookings at Firs Lodge run from 1pm through till 10am the following day or the day of departure, to allow time for changeover.
      • Bookings are for a minimum of two days, up to a maximum of 28 days.
      • Bookings will only be confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the booking fee has been paid.
      • The balance of the fee must be paid at least 7 days prior to your stay.
      • Acceptance of bookings are at the absolute discretion of the Owner.
      • We reserve the right to cancel any booking made, subject to refunding any fees paid, and without further liability.
      • The booking fee covers the use of the whole Lodge, irrespective of the number of guests.
      • Payment methods are cheque, cash or bank transfer – we cannot accept Credit Cards at this time.
      • Cancellation by clients will normally result in forfeit of the entire fee.
      • Smoking is not permitted in the Lodge.
      • Pets are not normally accommodated, however please ask if you have a particular requirement, eg Sporting Dogs.
    • Breakage Deposit; breakages must be paid for.
