We booked this for a long weekend after arriving from New Zealand for a visit to the UK. The owners were very helpful prior to arrival with booking queries and arrangements. All communication was prompt and made it very easy to sort out via email prior to arrival.Upon arrival we were greeted at the property and shown round – delighted to see that we had been provided some essentials (breakfast cereals, milk, bread, tea, coffee etc….) so we didn’t have to do any shopping after our long flight.Quality of furnishings , towels, toiletries etc…. was high and a number of other little touches just added to the experience.Having 2 small children (2.5yrs and 6months) meant we were grateful for the space and this was much better than renting 2 hotel rooms. One thing to note is that their is a staircase so if you have toddlers or children that are not used to stairs then you need to keep an eye on them (we had 0 problems on this).
